I had a great experience at this auto shop and wanted to give a special shoutout to Russ the mechanic. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. Russ took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle without making me feel pressured or confused, which I really appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and it was obvious he takes pride in doing quality work. My car was fixed faster than expected and has been running perfectly ever since. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges.

I had a great experience with this auto shop. The service was high quality and completed in a very time-efficient manner, which I really appreciated. The service writer was thorough in explaining the issue with my vehicle and took the time to walk me through different repair options, so I could choose what worked best for me. Since the repair was completed, I haven’t had a single issue related to the problem, which speaks to the quality of their work. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, transparency, and reliable service.

I’ve been servicing my cars here for several years, from oil changes and inspections to suspension repairs and wheel alignment. The work is always done right and with great quality. It’s also very convenient that you can drop off and pick up your car late in the evening or on weekends using the drop box. A reliable shop you can truly trust.

Literally the nicest people! So friendly and fun! I needed an emissions inspection and they were able to get me in the day I called! I will definitely be coming back! And, bonus, they have coffee and a really pretty Christmas tree :)

I had used this place for repairs for years, very disappointed in my last visits. I had a rear vvt seal that leaked oil on my 2011 ford Taurus due to a not flush seal, was like that upon buying it. I don’t have the time to take apart the intake and other tedious things so I figured I’d take it to one stop. After paying $1300 for my repairs it still leaked. My father in law is a retired union auto mechanic who work at valley ford plant for 25 years so it’s safe to say he knows his stuff. He said there is no way that someone had recent unbolted such parts and pieces that would need to be taken off to do a proper job which would have been taking the rear valve cover off. I wasn’t there but it looks like they tried to beat the seal flush with a hammer like I thought of until my father in law said there’s a good chance it’ll crack it and my problem won’t be fixed. I called and talked to Kevin and explained to him the situated and that I wasn’t too pleased that I spent $1300 and my problem still exist and expressed what I think was the action to fix it. He told me to bring it back by and they’d look at., called me a day or two later and said it was fixed and he person was hands on with i
